Chan Chun Sing
Minister, Trade and Industry
Republic of Singapore
Chan Chun Sing is Minister for Trade and Industry, responsible for driving Singapore’s economic and industrial development. He was appointed to this role and as Minister-in-charge of the Public Service from 1 May 2018. Chan is also Deputy Chairman of the People’s Association since 1 October 2015.
Chan was Secretary-General of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) from 4 May 2015 to 22 May 2018. At NTUC, he expanded the Labour Movement network to represent all working people in Singapore, and led efforts to curate and deliver timely and relevant training for workers. Chan also served as Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office from 9 April 2015 to 30 April 2018, upon relinquishing his prior appointments as Minister for Social and Family Development (MSF) and Second Minister for Defence, both of which he had held since 1 September 2013. At MSF, he was responsible for improving social service delivery, enhancing social safety nets and strengthening support for families in Singapore.
His other previous appointments included Acting Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports (21 May 2011 to 31 October 2012) and Minister of State for Information, Communications and the Arts (21 May 2011 to 31 July 2012).
Lim Kok Kiang

Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB)
Lim Kok Kiang is the Executive Vice President of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). He oversees EDB’s International Operations as well as EDB’s strategies in Advanced Manufacturing. Previously, he also led EDB’s Accounts Group that work closely with top local and international companies from a wide range of industries to facilitate investments and transform their operations in Singapore.
Prior to this, Kok Kiang held the posts of Executive Director, Transport Engineering and Asia Pacific. As Executive Director, Transport Engineering, he was responsible for the development and growth of Singapore’s Aerospace, Marine & Offshore, Land Transport and Oil & Gas industries. As Executive Director of Asia Pacific, he led EDB’s Asia Pacific operations which encompass facilitating investments from China, Taiwan, Japan and Korea.
Kok Kiang previously held positions as Director of Logistics, and Regional Director, Japan Operations. He joined EDB in 1996. He received a Bachelor of Economics from Tokyo University in 1993.
Chua Chee Seong

Chua Chee Seong is President and Managing Director of Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, the Asia pacific regional headquarters of Infineon Technologies – a world leader in semiconductor solutions that enable intelligent mobility, efficient energy management and making Internet of Things secure, easy to use and real.
In this capacity, Chee Seong oversees regional sales, marketing and distribution, R&D and low power IC product line. He is also responsible for strategy, quality management, human resources and communications for Asia Pacific region based out of Singapore with local presence in Australia, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. He has held the current role since July 2017.
Chee Seong began his career at Infineon in 2000 and has taken on roles in product marketing for industrial microcontrollers and regional marketing covering Asia Pacific’s automotive electronics segment.
Kainaz Gazder

Kainaz Gazder joined Procter & Gamble in India in 1996 directly out of business school. She has since worked on almost all countries in Asia as she has launched new categories/brands, turned around struggling businesses and taken strong businesses to greater heights.
She graduated from R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai and completed her Masters in Management Studies at the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. She is also a mother of 2 children – aged 15 and 10.
Prior to taking on as the Senior Vice President for Baby Care AMA EM, she was the Vice President for Baby Care in Greater China. Over 22 years, she has held the following positions:

Xin Yi Lim

Xin Yi Lim is Executive Director, Sustainability and Agricultural Impact at Pinduoduo. She is responsible for Pinduoduo’s international corporate strategy efforts and innovation in sustainability and agri-tech. Before joining Pinduoduo in late 2018, she worked for Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, GIC, in both its Singapore and New York offices as a technology and media analyst in its Public Equities division. Xin Yi holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oxford and a Master’s degree from Harvard University.

Bill Deng is the Founder and Chief Executive of XTransfer, China's leading cross-border payment and risk management services provider. Prior to XTransfer, he had worked in the credit card giant Visa International in Singapore at the early stage of his career, before moving on to become part of the core team at Ant Financial (now Ant Group). He spent seven years at Ant following a three-year stint at Visa. With more than a decade of management experience, Bill has led several teams to build new businesses from the ground up. Reuben Lai is the Senior Managing Director of Grab Financial Group that spans across payments, lending, insurance and retail wealth management services. He is passionate about leveraging his experience as founder of multiple technology businesses to empower people with financial services to learn, earn and save more towards their dreams.
At Grab, Reuben has launched multiple successful businesses, including a car leasing platform, Grab for Business, and Grab Ventures. He was also the Chief of Staff to Grab’s CEO.
Before joining Grab, Reuben was a co-founder and CEO in a telemedicine start-up. Prior to that, he was at The Walt Disney Company, driving corporate strategy and business development.
