The Fifth Nikkei Well-being Symposium

"A Vision for a Sustainable Future"
As companies pursue human capital management with the goal of maximizing the value of their human resources, awareness and understanding of well-being are also increasing. In March 2021, Nikkei established the Well-being Initiative in collaboration with the Well-being for Planet Earth Foundation. Under this partnership, we have been studying social, management, and business models together with a consortium of 25 companies in Japan. In September 2023, Nikkei will hold its fifth symposium, bringing together both domestic and international experts, as well as corporate stakeholders, to discuss recommendations for practice, research, and policy to enhance well-being. The event promises to present a vision for our future from a novel perspective.
