Head of Japanese Corporate Banking for the Americas, MUFG Bank, Ltd.

Mr. Yoichiro Nishikawa was appointed Head of Japanese Corporate Banking (JCB) for the Americas at MUFG in April 2022. He also serves as the Head of JCB East, a title he has held since April 2021. Mr. Nishikawa started his banking career in 1994 at Mitsubishi Bank, Ltd (currently MUFG). Since joining the bank, he has gained a wide range of global corporate and investment banking experience, including assignments in England as well as in the U.S. Mr. Nishikawa has been a crucial part of or spearheaded many initiatives at MUFG, including in LBO/MBO finance and M&A advisory, strategic planning and development, and various investment and divestiture projects.
